Job summary

EVS, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Operations Coordinator to support our US and India teams. You will manage employee lifecycle activities, answer HR inquiries, and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.

Join a collaborative, hybrid role in Minnetonka, MN, where you'll administer Workday transactions, maintain confidential records, assist payroll coordination, and help drive HR policies and compliance across a rapidly growing renewable energy engineering firm.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in human resources or HR operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with HR information systems; Workday experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting HR operations for employees in India is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations for employees in both the U.S. and India throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Respond to employee HR questions and requests, providing timely support and escalating complex matters to HR leadership as appropriate.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
• Administer HR transactions and processes in Workday, including employee updates, job changes, documentation, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and assist with routine documentation audits and compliance readiness.
