EVS, Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator in Minnetonka, MN, to manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle for U.S. and India staff.

This hybrid, full-time role partners with HR leadership, payroll, benefits, and finance to ensure accurate, confidential processes. You'll support onboarding/offboarding, HR systems like Workday, records maintenance, compliance, employee relations, immigration, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR operations experience.
• Experience with HR records, compliance, and immigration processes is a plus.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations for U.S. and India employees throughout the lifecycle.
• Respond to HR questions and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for smooth employee experiences.
• Maintain confidential employee records and assist with audits and compliance readiness.
• Assist with payroll, benefits, and leave administration in coordination with Finance and Payroll.
• Support immigration administration and partner with external immigration vendors.
