Job summary

Fiserv, a global leader in Fintech and payments, is seeking an on-site Human Resources Manager to partner with FOS leaders. You will advise managers on HR programs, lead site-level HR projects, and ensure compliant, data-informed people decisions.

You will manage associate relations issues, support compensation cycles, and collaborate on workforce planning. This role requires strong business judgment and on-site collaboration Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Human Resources experience.
• 3+ years of strategic employment relations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Legal Studies, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise and counsel managers and associates on local and corporate HR programs.
• Lead HR projects at a site level and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Proactively manage associate relations issues, investigations, and compliance.
• Lead investigations and ensure compliance with employment laws and Code of Conduct.
• Leverage HR analytics to inform leadership decisions.
• Execute annual compensation cycle; including job analyses and salary surveys.
• Partner with managers on workforce planning, talent selection, and headcount forecasting.
• Advise managers on goal alignment, performance management and employee development.
