Job summary

FIS is seeking a senior compliance and employment law professional to own the end-to-end lifecycle of global employment and ethics policies, design training campaigns, monitor regulatory changes, and govern AI tools within the function.

You will partner with senior leaders, develop data-driven dashboards on hotline activity and investigation trends, and ensure policy adoption across geographies while aligning with FIS’s business strategy.

Qualifications

JD or equivalent law degree; bachelor’s with compliance experience considered.
8–12+ years in employment law, ethics or regulatory compliance.
Strong knowledge of US and international employment laws.
Experience designing and managing enterprise-scale compliance programs.
Strong written and verbal communication of complex legal requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead global employment and ethics policy lifecycle across jurisdictions.
Develop and deliver global ethics training programs (live, virtual, e-learning).
Monitor US and international employment law developments.
Design data dashboards and board reporting on hotline and trends.
Evaluate AI tools within ethics and employment law function.
