FLEXSYS AMERICA is seeking an HR Systems and Global Compensation Manager to partner with the CHRO, overseeing HR analytics, systems administration, and global compensation leadership. This role delivers accurate reporting, insights, and supports budgeting and merit planning across the enterprise.

You will lead AI-enabled HR initiatives, maintain HRIS data quality, and collaborate with Finance on workforce planning, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's in a quantitative field; master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in HR analytics, HRIS, or compensation roles.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles; global compensation a plus.
• Proficiency with HRIS, ideally Paylocity.
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with AI tools and data viz (Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own HR analytics reporting and workforce insights.
• Build dashboards to support leadership, planning, and decision-making.
• Lead global compensation programs and merit planning analyses.
• Support budgeting, headcount planning, and forecasting.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and system processes.
• Lead AI pilot initiatives and explore practical use cases across HR.
• Prepare leadership materials and presentations.
