Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Human Resources Representative to provide consultative support across the organization, focusing on performance management, recruitment and employee development. This remote, full-time role includes coaching managers, resolving employee relations issues and guiding policy interpretation within a matrix structure.

Responsibilities involve onboarding, coordinating temporary hires, maintaining HR processes, and delivering training programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years in an HR discipline.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and practices.
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with HRIS software.
• Effective verbal and written communication; coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and coaching to managers and employees on performance management and disciplinary processes.
• Support and assist in employee relations issues.
• Partner with managers to onboard new employees and conduct orientation.
• Develop and maintain HR administrative processes with proper approvals.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs to meet identified needs.
• Collaborate with HR/Payroll services to fulfill organization requirements.
• Prepare and generate monthly reports.
• Maintain confidential personnel files (incl. I-9).
• Assist in the hiring process for temporary employees.
