Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a senior HR Business Partner to deliver comprehensive human resources solutions across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement people development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations aligned with global HR strategies.

The role emphasizes analytics-driven decision making, change management, and regulatory compliance to support organizational transformations. Hybrid work and regional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources partnering with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Delivers operational people solutions and support for all employee lifecycle topics in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Delivers HR support on organizational strategies such as people analytics, organizational transformations & change, and M&A.
• Interprets local market requirements with Global HR Business Partners to translate business requirements into operational plans reflecting local labor regulations.
• Consults with line managers to shape talent, performance culture, retention strategies, and drive change.
• Leverages internal HR services for transactional tasks and educates managers on self-service capabilities.
