Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• SHRM certification or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of HR Manager or equivalent experience.
• Experience in multinational/global HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR point of contact between U.S. and overseas/APAC teams.
• Coordinate HR initiatives, policy updates, and talent reviews across time zones.
• Partner with global HR to implement systems, PM, and engagement programs.
• Ensure U.S. federal and Washington State employment compliance.
• Support cross-border recruitment, mobility, and expatriate assignments.
• Prepare HR reports on regional operations and risks.
