Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years leading teams
• Experience with talent development, workforce planning, and employee relations
• Global manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of US, Canada, and South America employment laws
• Willingness to travel 25–40%, overnight and international
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Align HR strategy with division objectives to drive workforce planning and talent management
• Advise division leadership on employee relations and investigations while mitigating risk
• Provide data-driven HR insights and implement global HR initiatives
• Develop workforce planning strategies aligned to seasonality and growth
• Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to improve hiring, retention, and HR processes
• Onboard, coach, and develop site HR managers
