Job summary

Alamo Group seeks a Global Compensation and Analytics Manager to drive strategy, governance, and programs across a global workforce. You will lead analytics, market pricing, and job architecture while partnering with HR, Finance, and senior leaders to ensure equity and competitiveness.

Responsibilities include managing a small team, overseeing annual compensation processes, and delivering data-driven insights to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR/compensation/analytics experience.
• 5+ years supporting global or multi-country compensation programs.
• Experience in a corporate/global manufacturing/industrial setting preferred.
• Professional certs such as CCP, GRP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of global compensation programs and salary structures.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and leaders to drive strategy for growth and equity.
• Oversee annual merit, salary planning, and incentive programs and budgeting.
• Perform complex analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support executive decision-making.
