Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Director of Talent Attraction & Acquisition to lead the US and Canada TA function, shaping strategy, technology roadmaps, and a world-class candidate experience. You will lead a team and partner with executives to drive diverse talent pipelines and operational excellence across salaried and hourly roles.

The role requires 10+ years in HR and corporate TA, with strong TA tech, data analytics, and compliance experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related field.
• 10+ years of HR & corporate talent acquisition experience.
• Proven success in managing a talent acquisition function in a global matrixed environment.
• Proven success leading TA strategy and enterprise TA tech stack (ATS/CRM, analytics, event management).
• Experience leading TA compliance programs including OFCCP, EEO & AAP in the US.
• Strong communication skills for all levels of the organization.
• Experience with large scale, companywide project management and tech-enabled processes.
• Strong data analytics capability with executive-level presentation skills.
• Passion for candidate and new hire experience and impact.
• Ability to translate business strategies into actionable TA initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience with campus programs, early career development and onboarding innovation.
• Knowledge of integrating AI tools with ATS/HRIS and workflows to improve time-to-fill, pipeline quality, and candidate experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and recruitment tools; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive TA strategy aligned to business objectives for US/Canada.
• Establish operating model, SLAs, and governance for direct recruiting channels.
• Lead workforce planning discussions with business leaders and HR partners.
• Own TA technology solutions (ATS, CRM, events management, AI tools).
• Deliver TA analytics dashboards and regular reports on key metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement in TA processes and decision-making.
