Alamo Group seeks a Global HR Director, Talent Management to align people strategy with business growth. You will lead workforce planning, leadership development, and cultural transformation, partnering with division leadership and site HR teams.

You will translate business needs into HR solutions, drive HR analytics, and execute initiatives with global impact. Domestic/international travel is expected as part of this role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Senior/global HR certification preferred.
• 8+ years HR experience with leadership responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Align HR strategy with division goals and workforce planning.
• Advise leadership on employee relations and compliance matters.
• Provide data-driven HR insights to executives.
• Develop leadership pipelines and succession plans.
• Collaborate with COEs to improve hiring and mobility.
• Coach site HR managers to drive effectiveness and policy adherence.
• Oversee risk management and adherence to labor laws.
• Lead change management aligned to company values.
