Job summary

Bishop Street Underwriters, a RedBird Capital Partners portfolio company, seeks a Global HR Leader to set strategy and run HR across BSU and all OpCos in the US, Canada, and the United Kingdom. This role partners with the CAO and executive leadership to design organization structure, workforce planning, and governance for multi-country operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience across multiple countries (US/Canada/UK preferred).
• Experience in holding company / multi-OpCo structures with shared HR platforms.
• Experience in insurance/financial services or regulated multi-entity environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead global HR strategy for BSU and all OpCos across US, Canada, and UK.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, onboarding, and HR operations for multi-country entities.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across jurisdictions and manage risk.
• Build and develop a high-performing HR team (2 HRBPs + 2 payroll/benefits specialists).
