• 12+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years supporting executive and senior leadership populations.
• Experience supporting global organizations across multiple regions.
• Proven success leading organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and transformation initiatives.
• Experience influencing executive-level business decisions through strategic people recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to Executive Leaders and Senior Leadership teams on business and people-related matters.
• Translate business strategies into scalable talent, workforce, and organizational plans.
• Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives that support growth and transformation.
• Drive talent planning, succession management, and leadership development activities.
• Partner with executives to identify talent risks and development opportunities.
• Lead change management efforts and organizational transformations.
• Leverage people data and workforce analytics to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and regional teams to ensure consistent programs.
