Job summary

UKG is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to Executive and Senior Leadership, aligning people strategy with business goals across a large global organization.

You will influence decisions, lead organizational design and workforce planning, and drive leadership development, succession planning, and culture initiatives in a matrixed environment. This role requires seasoned HR leadership and executive collaboration.

Qualifications

• 12+ years progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years supporting executive and senior leadership populations.
• Experience supporting global organizations across multiple regions.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and transformation initiatives.
• Experience influencing executive-level business decisions through strategic people recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Executive Leaders and Senior Leadership teams on business and people-related matters.
• Translate business strategies into scalable talent, workforce, and organizational plans.
• Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives that support business growth and transformation.
• Partner with leaders on change management efforts and organizational transformations.
• Drive talent planning, succession management, and leadership development activities.
