Job summary

BearCom Garland, TX is seeking a Director of Human Resources to partner with the VP of HR and lead multiple HR functions across North America. You will shape global compensation programs, benchmark across the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil, and optimize the Paycom HRIS for data integrity and analytics.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years in technology HR, 3+ years in senior leadership, and a strong track record in multi-market compensation design and cross-border compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Master's degree or MBA and advanced compensation certifications highly preferred.
• 7-10+ years HR experience in technology, with 3+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven Paycom HRIS proficiency and compensation design experience.
• Strong cross-border knowledge for US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of HR to lead two or more HR functions across international operations.
• Design, implement, and administer global compensation programs and salary bands.
• Benchmark market pricing across US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil; adapt pay strategies accordingly.
• Oversee Paycom HRIS data integrity, workflows, and analytics to inform decisions.
• Oversee cross-border payroll, onboarding, and HR operations for remote/hybrid teams.
