Conga is seeking a Director, People Partner to lead a globally dispersed HR team and drive performance management, talent assessments, and compensation benchmarking. You’ll partner with senior leadership to align people strategy with business goals in a hybrid US role.

You will oversee compensation planning, analytics, and development programs while guiding regional People Partners to support Operations and Services teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in HR roles with responsibilities in performance management and talent development.
• Experience in compensation benchmarking and analytics preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
