Job summary

BearCom seeks a Director of Human Resources to partner with the VP of HR and lead international compensation strategy across North America and LATAM. The role oversees global compensation, payroll operations, and HR systems with a focus on Paycom and data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in tech HR and a proven leadership track, including cross-border compliance and a strong background in designing salary bands and incentive plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline required.
• Master's degree, MBA, or advanced compensation certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP) highly preferred.
• 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience within a technology environment, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple sub-departments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner and second-in-command to the VP of HR, aligning HR strategy with business objectives.
• Directly manage, mentor, and scale two or more HR sub-functions (Global Compensation, HR Operations).
• Build a high-performing, KPI-driven international team culture with clear career paths.
• Lead global total rewards and compensation architecture across multiple countries.
• Design, implement, and administer global compensation programs, including base pay and incentives.
