Qualifications

• Student enrolled in Finance/Controlling, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Currently enrolled in university or a gap year between degrees.
• Studies outside the U.S. and not studying in the U.S.
• Minimum 3 semesters of studies in a relevant field.
• Available for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support in commercial discussions with suppliers.
• Assist purchasing activities, future sourcing projects & meeting coordination.
• Verify supplier data for claims and provide feedback.
• Analyze supplier claims and help plausibilize costs.
• Organize and support team meetings and communications.
• Lead responsibility for waste reduction projects; cross-functional implementation.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Participate in negotiations with suppliers.
• Support other purchasing tasks.
