Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. in Alabama invites applications for an Internship in Purchasing (International Intern).

This paid internship offers exposure to supplier negotiations, data analysis, and cross-functional teamwork within MBUSI's purchasing group. The program starts February 2027 and provides an hourly rate of $18 plus a housing bonus of $700 and visa cost coverage. Candidates must be enrolled in a relevant degree and able to commit at least six months while studying outside

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in university or in a gap year between degrees.
• Studies outside the U.S.A.; not currently studying in the U.S.A.

Responsibilities

• Support in all commercial discussions with MBUSI suppliers.
• Assist purchasing team with sourcing projects and cross-functional meeting coordination.
• Verify data accuracy from suppliers and provide feedback.
• Organize and support team meetings and cross-functional waste reduction initiatives.
