Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks a Part-Time Contract HR Generalist in New York City to support US and UK HR operations, full-cycle recruiting, employee lifecycle processes, PEO administration and workplace operations from December 2026 through approximately June 2027. The ideal candidate has broad HR generalist and recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth environment, with direct PEO experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of HR generalist or recruiting

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree, required.
• 4+ years HR generalist or combined HR and recruiting experience, required.
• Experience supporting HR operations in a high-growth or startup environment, preferred.
• Direct experience partnering with a PEO on benefits, payroll, compliance and leave administration, required.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offers, and ATS management, required.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple countries, including US and UK teams, preferred.
