Spire is seeking an HR Generalist to join the Global HR team in Washington, DC. You will own global onboarding, administer day-to-day HR tasks, and support changes in employee data, commission plans, and HR systems.

You will collaborate with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent employee experience and accurate HR records across regions. You will handle HR inquiries, assist with Rippling navigation, and help maintain HR content and process documentation.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HR Generalist, HR Operations, or People Operations experience.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong experience with HRIS platforms; Rippling strongly preferred.
• High degree of accuracy in maintaining employee documentation and HR data.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation with the ability to build trust across cultures.

Responsabilités

• Own global onboarding and support day-to-day HR administration, including employee changes, commission plan administration, and HR systems.
• Partner with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent employee experience and maintain accurate HR records.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine employee HR inquiries and monitor HR support tickets.
• Maintain and update employee-facing HR content on the internal intranet and HR content.
• Maintain and improve HR process documentation, checklists, templates, and SOPs.
• Support global HR initiatives, system enhancements, and operational projects with the Global HR Operations team.
