Reebelo is seeking a solo HR Generalist to own the day-to-day People functions for 50+ global staff, partnering with founders on payroll, onboarding, and compliance. You will manage end-to-end onboarding, benefits administration, and leave across jurisdictions from a well-documented payroll calendar and HRIS.

With 3+ years in HR Generalist roles and Rippling experience, you’ll drive recruitment, employee relations, and data reporting while coordinating across time zones in a remote-friendly

Competenze

• 3+ years in a HR Generalist role.
• Experience with Rippling or similar HRIS.
• Ability to handle confidential employee matters with discretion.

Mansioni

• Own onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, including contracts, systems access, and benefits.
• Drive employee engagement for a globally distributed team.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and ATS data integrity.
• Manage employee relations across jurisdictions and support performance conversations and exits.
