Frazer Jones is partnering with a venture capital firm to hire an ambitious HR Generalist who will support employees globally and act as a trusted HR partner. Reporting to the Head of HR, the role offers hybrid flexibility and international exposure as the team scales.

You will manage the full employee lifecycle, payroll processes, benefits, and immigration while driving HR initiatives across multiple locations, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in venture capital, private equity, financial services, or fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing or supporting global payroll operations.
• Experience with employee benefits administration.
• Understanding of immigration and international employment considerations.
• Exposure to learning and development programmes.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple countries.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Hands-on, solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Support global payroll processes across jurisdictions.
• Administer and enhance employee benefits programmes.
• Provide day-to-day HR advice to employees and managers.
• Support global mobility and immigration processes.
• Coordinate learning and development and engagement programmes.
• Assist with HR projects, policy development and process improvements.
• Maintain HR systems and employee data accurately.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across locations.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders as HR partner.
