Frazer Jones is seeking a Regional HR Manager in New York to lead HR across the Americas. The role balances strategic partnership with hands-on leadership, direct reports, and cross-border collaboration to drive people initiatives.

Location is hybrid (3 days in office) with a base salary of $200,000–$250,000 plus bonuses. You will work with senior stakeholders, oversee payroll and immigration, and influence growth and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing business strategy.
• Experience leading HR teams across multiple geographies in a global matrixed organization.

Responsabilités

• Partner with regional CEO to develop and execute regional people strategies aligned with objectives.
• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed HR and operations team.
• Oversee HR operations, payroll, immigration, compliance, and workplace programs across multiple countries.
