Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
• Experience leading HR across multiple international regions.
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strategic HR Business Partner to senior leadership.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Demonstrated success leading HR transformation, process improvement, and technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of international HR practices, employment regulations, and workforce considerations.
• Experience supporting operational environments with diverse employee populations, including corporate and/or hourly workforces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global HR strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead HR teams across international regions and ensure consistency and accountability.
• Translate global strategy into regional execution balancing standards with local needs.
• Serve as strategic HR advisor to senior leaders on organizational matters.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver globally-aligned HR programs.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, and leadership development.
• Strengthen leadership pipeline and capabilities to support growth.
• Drive HR transformation, digitalization, and process standardization.
• Promote a high-performance culture focused on accountability and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR governance.
• Provide strategic HR leadership during organizational changes.
• Use HR data and analytics to inform decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and operating models.
• Build relationships and influence stakeholders across geographies.
• Contribute to broader business strategy as a senior leadership team member.
