Eurofins USA Medical Devices is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals in a fast‑paced, regulated environment. You will lead talent development, workforce planning, and employee relations while partnering with division and site leadership to drive engagement and retention.

You will design programs, advise on performance management, and support organizational change, with a strong emphasis on compliance and data‑driven decision making.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial relations, organizational development, HR, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of six years of HR experience; PHR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as strategic HR Business Partner to supervisors, managers, and executives, aligning people strategies with business goals.
• Develop and drive workforce strategies for talent acquisition, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organizational changes.
• Lead change management, organizational design, and business transformation initiatives.
• Analyze HR data and prepare regulatory reports and workforce analytics.
• Design and deliver training on leadership, coaching, compliance, and diversity.
