Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a Compliance & Investigations HR Business Partner to lead workplace investigations, assist with leave and accommodation processes, and ensure compliance with employment laws and Company policies.

This role handles fact-finding, risk assessment, recommendations, and timely resolution of employee relations issues, while identifying trends to strengthen compliance and the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 3 yrs. experience conducting employee relations investigations.
• 3 yrs. experience with Affirmative action programs.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, EEOC regulations, wage and hour requirements, and employee relations practices.
• Strong interview, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal workplace investigations involving policy violations, employee misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, ethics concerns, and other employee relations matters.
• Conduct interviews, review documentation, analyse facts, and prepare investigation summaries, findings, and recommendations.
• Ensure investigations are conducted in a timely, thorough, objective, and confidential manner.
• Maintain accurate and confidential investigation records and case documentation.
• Partner with HR leadership, the National Service Center, and business leaders on complex employee relations matters.
• Track investigation trends and recommend proactive solutions to mitigate risk and improve workplace practices.
