Embarcadero Technologies in Houston seeks a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to provide broad HR support and partner with teams across the business. You will manage detailed reporting, support employee benefits and 401(k) plans, coordinate international HR activities, and help drive key HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong Excel skills, experience with HRIS, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion while coordinating multiple

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination.
• At least five years of HR experience.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits/401(k) administration.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain headcount and workforce reports.
• Develop and analyze HR reports and dashboards.
• Administer employee benefits programs.
• Support 401(k) plan administration.
• Assist with HR policies and programs.
• Coordinate international HR activities.
• Collaborate on HR projects.
• Lead and support mergers and acquisitions.
• Manage multiple priorities and confidential information.
• Maintain accurate HR data.
• Perform other duties as needed.
