Job summary

Aranda Industries, LLC seeks an proactive HR Generalist to oversee day-to-day HR functions in Houston, TX. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate offers 3–5 years in HR, a Bachelor's in HR or related field, and strong knowledge of employment laws. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS is a plus; SHRM/PHR certification preferred but not required. Competitive pay and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, etc.) and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS is a plus.
• HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment process from postings to onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations and resolve conflicts to foster a positive environment.
• Administer benefits programs and respond to employee questions.
• Maintain HR documentation, payroll records, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
• Assist with payroll data and time records; support training initiatives.
• Monitor leave requests and manage performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and HR policies; support policy creation.
• Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries and HR support across departments.
