Job summary

Clarivate seeks a Director, Total Rewards & People Services to lead global total rewards, compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and employee services. You will partner with the Chief People Officer and Finance to align programs with business priorities, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership across Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, and/or People Operations.
• 5+ years of people leadership across multiple HR service disciplines.
• Experience designing and administering global compensation and benefits programs.
• Strong knowledge of payroll operations, regulatory compliance, and governance.
• Experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UKG.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Total Rewards and People Services functions, including compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and employee services.
• Set strategy, develop teams, and balance hands-on execution with leadership.
• Partner with CPO, HR leaders, Finance, Legal, and stakeholders to align programs with priorities.
• Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and customer-first employee experience.
