Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR processes and deliver timely information and insights.
• Monitor metrics such as attrition, hiring activity, and retirement risks.
• Coach leaders on performance, development, compensation, and talent acquisition.
• Drive talent reviews and succession planning with senior leaders.
• Plan and deliver learning and development programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage employee relations investigations.
• Oversee talent acquisition strategy to fill roles with top talent.
