Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a People Operations & Compliance Analyst in New York to support global HR compliance programs and governance. You will monitor legislation, assist with audits, and help scale compliant People processes across the employee lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Legal, People Technology and other teams to ensure accuracy, documentation, and continuous improvement of controls and processes. This role sits in the Global HR Operations & Compliance team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR compliance, operations, analytics or related experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data validation and reconciliation ability.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or ServiceNow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of global HR compliance programs, policies and controls.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate into practical processes.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and governance calendars.
• Support internal/external audits and ISO/ISAE requirements.
• Assist with data validation, reporting, and cross-functional process improvements.
