Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking a People Operations Generalist to join the People Technology & Operations team. You will own HR compliance and benefits administration across the US and international footprint, collaborating with legal and payroll to ensure accurate data and policy adherence.

In this hybrid role, you’ll manage benefits relationships, open enrollment planning, and AI‑driven workflow optimization. The role requires 5+ years in HR operations with strong knowledge of FMLA, I‑9, EEO‑1, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR operations experience with compliance and benefits ownership.
• Strong knowledge of benefits operations, including life events and vendor management.
• Experience partnering with Payroll on deductions and reconciliations.
• Experience leading multi-country benefits programs and open enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end HR compliance (EEO‑1, FMLA/LOA, I‑9, background checks).
• Manage benefits relationships with partners (US and international).
• Triage and resolve Total Rewards tickets; manage mail workflows.
• Automate workflows and AI‑driven tools to reduce manual work and audits.
