Swagelok seeks a Business Communications Manager to lead global HR communications aligned with our core values and brand standards. You will partner with executive and HR leaders to drive benefits messaging, compensation communications, and HR initiatives across a global audience.

The role emphasizes strong writing, presentation, and storytelling, with a focus on influencing stakeholders and delivering measurable results within a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, HR, or Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in communications including experience with Human Resources and Total Rewards.
• Knowledge to develop clear, measurable communications strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills to define problems and draw conclusions.
• Strong presentation and speaking skills; ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with internal HR stakeholders to align with strategy and initiatives.
• Create communication strategies, message maps, and programs explaining benefits, compensation, and HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to inform, engage, and drive action across the organization.
• Maintain consistent messaging, tone, and branding in HR communications.
• Monitor effectiveness with internal metrics and stakeholder feedback to optimize messaging.
