Job summary

Lam Research in Austin, Texas is seeking a seasoned HR professional to implement corporate HR policies at the business-unit level and drive organizational development initiatives. You will advise management, address employee relations issues, and support company-wide programs such as salary reviews and workforce planning.

You will partner with senior leadership to develop solutions through organizational development and cultural perspectives, including talent management and succession planning

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related HR experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years with Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience implementing corporate HR policies and organizational development at business-unit level.
• Strong coaching, influencing, and program facilitation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with management in implementing corporate HR policies for the business unit or division.
• Consults with employees and managers to address HR issues using systematic approaches.
• Participates in company-wide programs such as salary reviews, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change.
• Assists senior management in organizational development solutions and cultural/process perspectives.
• May participate in talent management and succession planning activities.
• Key skills include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.
