The role emphasizes people development, employee relations, and performance management, reporting to the Director of HR and partnering with other HR professionals to align HR strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HR experience; degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with employee relations, investigations, performance management, and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve issues related to performance, behavior, and conflicts.
