Job summary

Lam Research in Austin, Texas is seeking a seasoned HR professional to implement corporate HR policies at the business-unit level and drive organizational development initiatives. You will advise management, address employee relations issues, and support company-wide programs such as salary reviews and workforce planning.

You will partner with senior leadership to develop solutions through organizational development and cultural perspectives, including talent management and succession planning

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of related HR experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years with Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience implementing corporate HR policies and organizational development at business-unit level.
  • Strong coaching, influencing, and program facilitation abilities.

  • Works closely with management in implementing corporate HR policies for the business unit or division.
  • Consults with employees and managers to address HR issues using systematic approaches.
  • Participates in company-wide programs such as salary reviews, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
