Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a senior leader to join the Global HPC Network Operations & Modeling team in Piscataway, NJ. This hybrid role focuses on network operations and mathematical modeling to boost supply chain agility, resiliency, and efficiency across categories, reporting to the Director of Global HPC Network Operations & Modeling.

The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and leadership to drive long-term capacity planning and optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations or Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Planning, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain strategy and Operations, Manufacturing, Portfolio Management or 6+ years experience with a Master’s degree.
• Experience with Modeling and advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define global sourcing strategies for the current portfolio and core innovation launches.
• Partner with business and cross-functional teams to manage global innovations and supply chain projects.
• Ensure business continuity by defining contingency strategies and monitoring risk.
• Consolidate global volume and capacity data to support investment and expansion planning.
• Drive growth through Long-Term FTG program management, collaborating with R&D, Packaging, Procurement, and Engineering.
• Optimize HPC portfolio management to reduce complexity and improve production efficiency.
• Develop mid- and long-term capacity strategies for manufacturing plants.
• Proactively identify and lead high-level modeling projects to drive savings and validate network changes.
• Streamline operations by evaluating requests, refining business value, and prioritizing the project pipeline.
• Partner with GSC Digital Transformation and GIT to automate data extraction from SAP, BI, and Snowflake.
