Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science or similar field.
• 10+ years of experience in driving analytical insights and solutions.
• Experience supporting and working with multi-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Strong hands-on experience developing statistical models and coding with Python, SQL, PySpark, SparkR.
• Working knowledge of visualization tools like Domo, Looker, Sigma, Power BI or similar.
• Knowledge of Snowflake to query, manage, and scale large data environments for analytics initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Circana, NielsenIQ, 1010data, or POS data tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive assessment of the current data & analytics landscape to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborate with GIT and Global Supply Chain Analytics teams on global strategies.
• Prioritize data sets, solutions, reports, and technology to scale.
• Define KPIs and data governance for insights across North America.
• Identify analytics capabilities to support Customer Engagement, Customer Service, and Logistics teams.
• Lead the use of AI/GenAI to drive efficiencies and growth.
• Develop and deploy AI assistants addressing high-impact business needs.
• Understand business needs and translate analytics into actionable processes.
• Assist with change management, training, and rollout of analytics tools and services.
