Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply chain operations, data and analytics, digital transformation or technology enablement in a global enterprise.
• 3+ years hands-on software development or advanced analytics with languages like SQL, Python, Java, R or C++.

Responsibilities

• Own GSC digital enablement strategy and multi-year upskilling roadmap.
• Lead upskilling curriculum design and certification standards for developer personas.
• Build and scale the digital developer community across divisions and time zones.
