You will drive cost structures, FTG opportunities, and contingency plans with cross-functional partners across marketing, R&D, and finance.

The role requires a engineering degree with 6-8 years or 4+ with an MBA, and strong project management skills. Experience with SAP and analytical thinking is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience with a University degree or 4+ years with a Masters/MBA degree.
• Strong project management experience.

Responsibilities

• New Product Development management from development to manufacturing execution for powered toothbrushes and devices.
• Collaborate with global cross functional teams on sourcing and product launches.
• Develop high-level product launch timelines with sourcing and technical elements.
• Lead weekly calls with external manufacturers for current and future projects.
• Develop and maintain a global prioritization grid for new products.
• Lead global capacity reporting and contingency planning.
• Identify global savings opportunities through FTG and material transitions.
• Align capacity planning with external manufacturers and secure funds when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement across cross functional areas.
• Ensure alignment with policies and standards.
