Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a Manager of Global Supplier Partnerships to lead end-to-end hotel supplier management, including contract negotiation and business development.

You will drive revenue by negotiating agreements that create value for travelers, suppliers, and Amex GBT, while collaborating across regions and departments. The role requires strong negotiation, analytical skills, and the ability to operate remotely.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and strategic skills.
• Proven track record in negotiating and closing agreements.
• Deep knowledge of hotels and hotel agreements.
• Experience with revenue management and travel platforms (GDS, POS, booking tools).
• Excellent relationship-building and communication across levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate strategic hotel supplier contracts that deliver value for travelers, suppliers, and Amex GBT.
• Identify and drive incremental revenue opportunities with existing and prospective suppliers.
• Execute supplier value propositions and ensure commitments are realized.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships through innovative engagement approaches.
• Analyse portfolio metrics, track performance, and develop revenue forecasts with Global Revenue Management.
• Collaborate across departments and regions to align strategies and optimize outcomes.
