Airbnb is seeking a Senior Host Development Lead to create and execute global educational programs that empower Airbnb hosts to grow their business and deliver high-quality hospitality. You will lead cross-functional strategy across onboarding, continuous learning, and long-term development within a scalable education system.

Aligned with company priorities, initiatives include in-product content, webinars, workshops, and toolkits.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with 12+ years of experience in Consulting, Strategy, Marketing, Education, or Program Management.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and driving results in a matrixed organization.
• Expertise in conceiving, designing, and facilitating educational content and programs for adults or professional audiences.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect broader business goals to precise detail-oriented execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision and strategy of key host education programs across the host lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term optimization.
• Manage the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of scaled host education initiatives with cross-functional partners.
• Define program goals and optimize program effectiveness by aligning to OKRs and using data-driven insights.
