Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Market Associate to support long-tail Hosts across an assigned territory. You will focus on retention, growth, and optimization by advising on pricing, availability, and listing quality while building strong host relationships.

You will conduct onboarding conversations, respond to host inquiries, analyze performance data, and collaborate with Market Managers on education programs. A background in sales or account management and hospitality experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Proven experience managing a book of business and driving growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities across channels.
• CRM experience, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, ensuring retention and growth.
• Conduct onboarding conversations with strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality.
• Secure availability on high compression dates to maximize revenue.
• Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes and relay feedback to internal teams.
• Respond to host inquiries with timely, high-quality support.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for bookings.
