• Proven track record owning large acquisition channels with measurable impact.
• Deep SEM tech stack expertise in bidding, measurement, attribution and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of Airbnb's Global Host SEM program.
• Design and scale experiments across bidding, creatives, landing pages and audiences.
• Own reporting and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Supply, Data Science, Engineering, Brand and Finance teams.
• Leverage AI tools to improve optimization, measurement, and efficiency.
