Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant SEM experience in a fast-paced consumer tech company.
• Proven track record owning a large-scale acquisition channel with substantial budgets.
• Strong technical SEM expertise including bidding, measurement, attribution, tracking, and feed management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Airbnb's global Host SEM program across major search platforms to drive efficient host acquisition and long-term supply growth.
• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Host SEM, aligning investment strategy with priorities.
• Design, execute, and scale experiments across bidding, creatives, landing pages, audiences, and measurement.
• Partner with Supply, Data Science, Engineering, Brand, Creative, and Finance to deliver scalable growth solutions.
• Own end-to-end reporting for the program with actionable insights for investment decisions.
