QTS Data Centers seeks a Global Process Owner (GPO) to design, govern and scale end-to-end HR processes across the enterprise. You will own the Hire-to-Retire domain, define process boundaries, controls and KPI definitions while partnering with data, IT and business leaders.

You will drive governance, standardization and continuous improvement, champion data integrity, and deliver value realization through process metrics and analytics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of enterprise HR process ownership, governance, and KPIs.
• Experience leading HR process improvements at scale in a large, multi-site organization.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end accountability for Hire-to-Retire HR processes, including governance, scope, decisions, and controls.
• Define standardized process artifacts (maps, SOPs, calendars, RACIs) and data ownership.
• Lead process council reviews, performance dashboards, and value realization reporting.
