Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a World Wide High Velocity Category Manager for HPE Networking. The role supports the Mist for SMB/Midmarket portfolio, shaping product offerings, pricing, and GTM strategies in collaboration with regional sales.

Ideal candidates have extensive product management, marketing, and sales planning experience, with a Bay Area preference for proximity to key teams. Hybrid work with 2 days in an office is expected.

Qualifications

• University or bachelor's degree in engineering or business/finance; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Typically 8–12 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Sales or Business Planning.
• Commercial Partner/channel management expertise or End User account management as an alternative.
• Bay Area proximity is preferred (San Jose, Sunnyvale, Cupertino) for hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Networking SMB/MM product portfolio and sales challenges.
• Contribute to the business plan and drive execution down to country level.
• Establish relationships with regional sales and partners at senior levels.
• Maintain quota responsibility for Mist in SMB/MM within the high velocity business.
• Lead cross-functional engagement with Product Marketing, Operations, Pricing, and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate across regions to define demand generation priorities.
