Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a WW High Velocity Category Manager for the Networking SMB/MM portfolio. This role influences pricing, product positioning and lifecycle decisions in collaboration with regional sales and Pricing teams.

It requires deep SMB/MM market knowledge, strategic execution, and cross-functional leadership to drive demand and GTM initiatives. The position emphasizes complex business planning, strong communication with senior management, and proximity to key HPE

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or business/finance required.
8–12 years of Product Management, Marketing, Sales, or Business Planning experience.
Commercial Partner/channel management or End User Account management experience.
Bay Area preference; proximity to San Jose/Sunnyvale Cupertino; hybrid work possible.

Responsibilities

Understand Networking SMB/MM product & solutions portfolio, business management and sales challenges.
Contribute to the definition of the business plan and drive execution down to country level.
Establish relationships and represent the team with regional sales force and partners at senior level.
Has quota responsibility for Mist in SMB/MM product range.
Engage cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Operations, Pricing, Supply Chain, Marketing).
Lead collaboration to align demand generation and GTM across regions.
